Changed (breaking for users of the widget bridge)
The go-widgets/toolkit bridge moves to the subpackage github.com/go-pdfkit/pdfkit/widget. Importing pdfkit no longer links the toolkit, and with it collab, richdoc, JPEG 2000 and JBIG2.
