• Fixed: some hosts' malware scanners (for example SiteGround's) quarantined a GoBuildWP file because its security scan rules contained malware signature text, and the site then failed with "Failed to open stream: Permission denied". No plugin file carries that text any more.
• Fixed: a security or other feature kit that fails to load is now skipped and logged instead of stopping the site.

Fixes sites going down when a host's malware scanner quarantined a GoBuildWP file.
