Updates Noto and JetBrains fonts to the current versions, add a full list of the Noto fonts versions and new upstream links to the README.

Most fonts got bigger, I assume it's from including more glyphs, and not the use of a weaker compression algorithm?

It's compressed using the same util (https://github.com/google/woff2).
