Except that test never such a reply, suggesting the Get(ts.URL) in that test is re-using
the DefaultTransport and getting a response from the wrong server.  :(

I fixed two races last week. I wonder if those fixed this. Or perhaps this is also
related to FreeBSD's EADDRINUSE issues.

I'm closing this since it hasn't recurred, it might be fixed by the http test races that
were already fixed, and it might be related to the EADDRINUSE stuff somehow:

But there's nothing actionable here yet, except waiting. If/when FreeBSD breaks again I
can re-open or re-file.
