unsafe: API #2968
Description
Alignof and Offsetof use different syntaxes to describe their arguments (obj.f vs struct_value.field); should match. Delete Reflect, Unreflect, New, NewArray if possible (reflect is likely strong enough now). rsc will look into the deletions.
