windows: installer ignores destination

Windows 7 Enterprise (SP 1)

Go (go.weekly.2012-03-13.windows-386.msi)
is installed always into C:\Go regardless of
the chosen destination folder.
Tried with both, existing and non-existing
D:\Go as destination.
