I'm not sure why this issue was opened 9 hours ago. Given #72857 is now resolved, this should happen only if the builder is dead for 24 hrs, but from looking at its task history that doesn't seem to be the case.

@cagedmantis Oh, it looks like maybe the fix for #72857 hasn't been deployed yet (Mar 7 vs Mar 19)?

I've deployed from e235f28d672f728a8e91dcd375b9f53822e4d439. I thought the Darwin machines were excluded from this check. I can take another look at the code to see i missed a filter.
