math/cmplx: Imprecise documentation for Sqrt. #7851
Description
The documentation for Sqrt is:
Sqrt returns the square root of x.
I think this should be changed to "a square root of x", or even better include
the more precise documentation included in the top of the source code ("The root
chosen is always in the right half plane and Im w has the same sign as y").
