https://dev.golang.org/owners lists 5 code owners for this oauth2 library but some are inactive:

@bradfitz inactive since 2021 https://go-review.googlesource.com/q/project:oauth2+reviewedby:bradfitz@golang.org
@broady inactive since 2021 https://go-review.googlesource.com/q/project:oauth2+reviewedby:cbro@golang.org

Reviews are automatically assigned to primary owner (and often manually assigned to secondary owners), so inactive owners cause confusion
