What's Changed
- View history navigation: ESC now goes back to previous view instead of quitting
- Navigate: SessionPicker → CommandPalette → ESC → back to SessionPicker
- Dialogs work the same: InputDialog/ConfirmDialog ESC closes dialog, then ESC goes back
- At root view with empty history, ESC quits as before
- Updated help text to show "Esc:back" instead of "Esc:quit"
