In this release we have added several small features and fixed some bugs, as usual.

• After repo approve, the merged branches are deleted (#116, #139, #147)
• repo exec is async (#111)
• List of repositories can be loaded from an external JSON config, such as this one (#143, #145)
• repo approve now prints a report (#148)
