Release v0.6.5: Comma-separated labels support

Add support for comma-separated values in GlobalInClusterIPPool labels:
- cluster-class: support multiple cluster classes (e.g., "rke2-proxmox,rke2-vsphere")
- role: support multiple roles (e.g., "control-plane,ingress")
- Allows sharing single IP pool across multiple cluster classes and roles
- Backward compatible with exact match labels
- Added comprehensive unit tests
- Updated documentation and examples
