审查恢复与操作提示
- 按钮与后端共用恢复判断。原审查可继续时提供“重试审查”；过期、不可重试或产物失效时提供“重新审查”。
- 新审查保留旧故障记录，使用新 Session 与预算；任务执行仍需批准或手动恢复。
- 未激活的会话提供“连接会话”，只执行状态命令，不启动模型或任务。
- 故障说明给出处理方向；恢复请求失败在当前卡片持续显示，直到下一次操作。
自 npm 0.1.4 起累计包含
- 审查者在发布前建立原生 one-shot 身份，适配当前宿主及 Agent Teams。
- 区分模型请求失败和本地／内部故障。
- PTC 门禁下直接提供
task_status；支持过期审查建立新作业。 - 要求来源格式错误给出
seq:<消息序号>的准确纠正提示。
验证与安装
55 项针对性回归、Host／Client 严格类型检查、构建及包入口检查通过。真实 CodeBuddy deepseek-v4.1-flash 的主 Agent 与独立审查者完成计划审查，停在等待批准。已安装并验证于 DSH 0.2.1-alpha.3 的 3080 dsh-web。未运行完整仓库测试；各故障恢复路径使用受控原生 Host 回归。
下载本 Release 的 tarball 后安装：
dsh plugin --profile web add /absolute/path/to/dsh-task-supervisor-0.1.8.tgz安装后须在核对当前任务活动后重启宿主。旧任务与审查记录保留。
npm 已发布 dsh-task-supervisor@0.1.8，latest 指向 0.1.8。npm 下载包与 GitHub 附件、已验收及已部署的 tarball 完全一致；SHA256 见附件 SHA256SUMS。

- Recovery controls and commands share admission checks. Eligible jobs retry within their original deadline; expired, non-retryable or artifact-stale failures can start a new manual review.
- New reviews preserve earlier failures and do not grant task execution. Cold Sessions expose an explicit status-only connection action, and recovery errors remain visible.
- Includes the changes since npm 0.1.4: one-shot reviewer initialization compatible with the current Host and Agent Teams, native failure classification, direct PTC status diagnostics, expired-review recovery, and actionable requirement-source locator errors.
- Validation: 55 focused regressions, strict Host/Client typechecks, build/package checks, and a real CodeBuddy primary/reviewer plan review ending at the approval gate. Installed on DSH 0.2.1-alpha.3 at the daily 3080 Web Host. The full repository suite was not run; fault paths use controlled native Host cases.

0.1.3 · 原生审查过程与有限恢复
Supervisor 审查过程与恢复
- 主 Session 内原生审查记录：实时回复、工具、错误、耗时；同作业恢复保留失败历史。
- 当前活动与历史裁决分离；DAG、侧栏与下一动作一致。
- 内部超时与识别出的临时请求故障默认重试一次；仅沿用有效原批准续行，用户暂停、关闭与重启保持手动恢复。
- v7 审查记录继承实际成功读取证据，不给旧记录补造权限。
验证：405 项回归、Host/Client 严格类型与构建通过；受控审查超过120秒完成；真实模型同Session两个Task，以及独立快照503和实际超时恢复均完成。官方DSH0.2.0-rc.2空home安装、包内12文件逐字节核对。13个Docker条件内核用例跳过，实际独立模型用例另行运行。

本轮验证可用性与恢复正确性，不是Goal/Plan/Agent Team的效果对照。不修改DSH主循环、PTC超时或沙箱。

dsh webInitial execution requires approval by default. Log review remains the default; independent artifact checks need explicit configuration. Independent browser observation is unavailable. Pause or settle active work before restarting to load the upgrade. To restore 0.1.1 dedicated-preset Sessions, explicitly enable legacyPresets.
默认仍需首次批准，使用日志审查；独立产物检查需配置，暂不支持独立浏览器观察。重启加载升级前请结束或暂停在途工作。恢复 0.1.1 专用 preset 的旧 Session 时显式启用 legacyPresets。
Validation / 验证
388 kernel tests passed, 13 skipped. Strict Host/Client typing, build, package entry checks and isolated loading on official DSH 0.2.0-rc.2 passed. No new model or browser test is claimed for the packaging-only release. Public tarball matches the validated artifact byte for byte.
0.1.1 preview — DSH Task Supervisor
DSH Task Supervisor 0.1.1 — development preview / 开发预览
Add persistent task supervision, DAG progress, plan coverage review and stage/completion checks to DSH. The main Agent keeps its native conversation; Supervisor provides separate review feedback and task controls.
为 DSH 添加持久任务督导、DAG 进度、计划覆盖审查和阶段／完成验收。主 Agent 保持原生对话，Supervisor 单独展示审查反馈和控制动作。
Install / 安装
Validated with Node 24 and official DSH 0.2.0-rc.2, using the Web profile and existing model configuration. No Host patch or custom build is required.

Scope / 范围
- Task state, review history, DAG rework, sidebar consultation and confirmed repair after completion.
- Native Session persistence and preset integration on public DSH.
- Default review uses main-Session logs. Independent artifact reading and isolated commands require explicit configuration.
- Independent browser observation is unavailable. Check-directory recovery remains under development in this release.
- This preview does not establish long-horizon superiority over Goal or Plan.
任务状态、审查历史、DAG 返工、侧栏督导对话及确认后修复已提供。默认按主 Session 日志审查；独立产物读取和隔离命令检查需显式配置。独立浏览器观察与检查目录恢复尚不具备完整验收，也未建立优于 Goal／Plan 的长程结论。
