Bugfix release by Guillermo Petruzzi.

Changes

Opening a file now removes untouched, empty Untitled documents, including when the selected file is already open. Documents with text or edit history are preserved. Failed opens keep the empty document.

Requires a C11 compiler, Make and ncursesw development headers.
