Add mdx_truly_sane_lists Markdown renderer to the Cookbook

Description

As per #22 (comment), currently 4 spaces are needed for a second indenting level. That makes no sense for GitHub Flavoured Markdown. It would be nice to port the gradle/declarative-gradle@e85f394 patch and to use proper * for second-levels
