- Suspect that issue with executable jars is due to publishing to maven central as publishing the same code locally generates executable jars that work correctly
- Working on an updated Grails Wrapper for Grails 5
- Receiving a strange error with the Grails wrapper for Grails 5
- It appears that the wrapper isn't able to perform it's download task
- Intending to update Gradle to 6.8 in the base profile and considering going to Gradle 7
- Someone in the community reached out regarding JSPs and Grails
- James: I've never tried it, but I'm not aware of putting JSPs in src/main/views and that working
- James: I think maybe it would work if they were put in src/main/webapp
- After the wrapper is done I'm planning on releasing M2 soon and the RC1 next week
- Does anyone know if there has been progress on spring-loaded?
- Bobby: I would defer to David on that
- Grails 3.3.14 was released with a patched jar
