This adds a sidebar for the graphql.js docs that shows tutorial, then advanced guides, then API reference. I just moved the pre-existing API reference docs wholesale - they could be improved but this should get the whole graphql.js section to be "deployable" because you can actually use the navigation for it.
I'm reusing the DocsSidebar class so added a firstURL that lets you control where the sidebar starts. Also added sidebarTitle so that I could tweak a few pages to have a slightly shorter name in the sidebar to avoid ugly overflow.
