Create Github Service Hook for Packagist

Can we create a Github service hook for this repository as detailed here?

It would be nice to start tagging versions of this repository and creating development branches as well. Adding this service hook will allow these updates to be pulled automatically.

And I agree that we should do some work about tags and branches

Oh, I didn't think that it was set up already based on the versions on Packagist.

I would be happy to come up with a strategy for past versions. It may be nice to give people the flexibility to use older commits. We could then use this strategy going forward.
