This updates the styles for the GUI buttons to match the proposed GUI design for the light and dark themes. It fixes the awful button style on Windows and normalizes the button appearance between platforms.
This updates the styles for the GUI input controls to match the proposed GUI design for the light and dark themes. In doing so, this removes the appearance differences between different types of controls and improves legibility and aesthetics.

The contrast of the text from the screenshots of the light layout look a bit low. Although in the dark theme it looks fine except maybe for the text for the change address. The contrast would be a potential large problem for users with worse eyesight. Would it be possible to make the text darker in those places? |

@RoboticMind Yeah, the text in disabled input fields are a bit too light. I think I will pull in styles for the rest of the colors in a separate PR, so I'll double check contrast ratios in that one when everything else is in place. |

This is a quick stylesheet change for the light and dark themes that improves the appearance of the input controls in the GUI. It fixes some contextual state problems and applies a more modern skin that unifies rendering between different types of controls. The appearance is based on the proposed redesign in #847 and should offer some relief until that is finished. I was tired of looking at the old mess.
