This commit delays the EXIT failure of the application till immediately after the instantiation of the QApp so that a dialog box informing the user of a command line parse failure can be raised. This addresses the effective silent failure of a malformed set of or invalid command line arguments, since most people that run the GUI app will not see the standard error output.

My irritation with our startup environment grows. It is getting more spaghetti-like. We are due to port over the entire Bitcoin main, etc. and all of the startup supporting code. So far I am not feeling enough pain to be motivated to do it. It will be a giant hassle and probably incur a lot of regression. This is a good quick fix for Ingrid. It is important, because otherwise people that use old parameters that have not been removed may flood us with support questions because their wallet won't start. The old behavior prior to the port of the ArgsManager was to blithely continue even if the command line contained invalid parameters, which would simply be ignored. The new validation is much tighter, but we need to inform the user appropriately. |

This addresses an apparent silent failure reported by TheDrake on Slack testnet due to use of an old, now invalid parameter.
