What's Changed

• response.error answers "Internal server error" for an error that is not an HttpError and has a status of 500 or more. The log keeps the original message and the whole error
• An HttpError keeps its message at any status
• A thrown primitive (throw 'text') no longer breaks response.error

Breaking change: a 5xx that is not an HttpError now has the generic message.
