- breaking,
ranking: Derive a lane's order from a declared key chain (#46). A lane file's sequence no longer carries rank, and an existing lane file needs no migration because its order is recomputed on the next read. A pending fragment no longer accepts theafterkey, so an adopter removes that key from every fragment before validating or draining. The plan configuration now requires a ranking section, so an adopter adds[ranking]withkeys = ["eligibility", "needs", "class", "points-ascending", "id"]to.wipctl/plan.toml. - breaking,
validation: Derive eligibility from three edges (#43). Eligibility now derives from dependencies, blocking questions, and blocking watches. An entry blocked by a watch is ineligible where it was eligible before, and the rule id becomesranking:eligibility-is-derived-from-three-edges. - breaking,
record: Hold an external wait as a watch that blocks named entries (#42).external-sources:a-source-ref-never-sequences-and-never-countsnow applies to references inSourcessections. An adopter moves an outside wait from an entry note into a watch section. record: Mark a watch whose item left the source's open list (#45)record: Give every watch the date it was last read (#44)metrics: Announce stale rows, silence one, and route an agent (#41)
