chore(repo): migrate repository and documentation URLs to gubernator-org/gubernator (v3.2.5)

  • Migrate Go module path and internal package imports from github.com/mario-ezquerro/gubernator to github.com/gubernator-org/gubernator
  • Update auto-updater, release endpoints, Flutter Web UI links, Ansible playbooks, and CLI scripts to point to gubernator-org/gubernator
  • Update MkDocs configuration (repo_url, repo_name, site_url) and documentation links to https://gubernator-org.github.io/gubernator/
  • Preserve historical adoption download metrics across both gubernator-org/gubernator and legacy repository
