docs(manual): add comprehensive Spanish user manual manual-gubernator-v3.2.6.md with live 2-node cluster screenshots

  • Add manual-gubernator-v3.2.6.md covering 2-node cluster architecture (gbnt-manager + gbnt-worker1), installation, CLI commands, and all 14 Web Dashboard subsystems
  • Capture high-resolution live screenshots (docs/images/v3.2.6/) from active 2-node cluster (Overview, Centurions, Legions, Containers, Granaries Storage, Image Security & SBOM, SLOs, Caddy Ingress, CoreDNS, Grafana, Loki Logs, eBPF Live Hub, Security & Directory, and Compose Studio)
  • Bump VERSION to v3.2.6
