The chat is redrawn so every fact has one place, and a failed turn, an empty chat and keyboard navigation all have a proper face.

Changes:
• Model and effort, lane, attach and commands are one family of capsules; the lane in use keeps its accent, decisive buttons are palette buttons, and every row of controls starts on the transcript's edge.
• The status band hides its least important segments first when a pane is narrow or the text is large, and says nothing at all when the agent is idle.
• A turn that failed is a card in the conversation with the server's own words and Try again.
• An empty chat offers four starters; picking one fills the composer without sending.
• [ and ] jump between prompts and Y copies the last answer.
• The jump control says Needs you when a question or approval waits out of sight, and New below when something arrived.

Fixes:
• Cards wrap, and the chat strip yields in narrow panes and at large text sizes.
• Panes with the same title are told apart in their identity strip.
• Every control has a spoken name and state for screen readers.
