BackendsCard shows every kind. Admins can untick to disable site-wide; non-admins see read-only status (Available / Disabled / Role restricted). Per-kind WP capability is enforced both at dispatch and in the system prompt — editors lacking manage_categories no longer see wp_term as an option.
