Select Checkboxes not working in IE11 using Awesome Bootstrap Checkbox Style

Hello guys,

I have an issue when I use the library with the awesome bootstrap checkbox style and use the property preDrawCallback to disable some checkbox.

When I run my example in IE11 browser, I first select all rows, but it not working later when I want to deselect all.

Not sure why yet but using preDrawCallback causes issues with "select all" control. Try using createdCell option to disable checkboxes as in this example. See Disable checkboxes on page load for more info.
