Added a new Challenge Achievements page, linked directly from the challenge details screen
Improved challenge achievements UX with clear progress, unlock states, and smart sorting (unlocked first, then closest to unlock)
Fixed trophy initialization so progress and unlock status are correct immediately (no more lower-tier trophies stuck at 0)
