Fixes

• A Grok Build tab shows its weekly allowance and pace on the usage pill.
  v0.39.0 treated grok as a provider with nothing to meter, so the top-bar
  pill stayed on "查不到" and /usage said there was no weekly figure. That
  was wrong: grok's own usage view already requests
  GET /v1/billing?format=credits from cli-chat-proxy. The body carries
  creditUsagePercent (utilisation, not remaining) and currentPeriod, which
  on a measured account is USAGE_PERIOD_TYPE_WEEKLY with a start and an end
  seven days apart. There is no five-hour bucket, so none is invented. The pill
  now renders that window as wk plus the pc pace line (ahead, on schedule,
  or leaving quota unused), and /usage prints the same reading beside this
  session's token and context counts. A product row with no percentage is
  omitted rather than shown as zero. Covered by tests_grok_provider.py and
  tests_grok_usage_pill.py.

  當成沒有可報的配額，頂列停在「查不到」，/usage 也寫沒有週讀數。這與 grok
  自己的用量視窗不符：它打的是 cli-chat-proxy 的
  GET /v1/billing?format=credits。回應裡的 creditUsagePercent 是已用百分比
  （不是剩餘），currentPeriod 在實測帳號上是 USAGE_PERIOD_TYPE_WEEKLY，
  起迄剛好七天。沒有五小時窗口，所以不編一個。膠囊現在把這個窗口畫成 wk，
  旁邊的 pc 是配速（超前、剛好、或額度用不完）。/usage 在同一個讀數後面
  接上這個 session 的 token 與 context。某個產品沒有百分比就略過，不顯示成 0。
