Changes

  • Add a dedicated speaker-script skill, notes-only editing, and Markdown export aligned with the deck's current notes and order.
  • Refactor output models and slide editing into focused modules, preserving MCP schemas and existing import paths.
  • Simplify skills and prompts, clarify composition freedom, and share line geometry across generation, editing, and visual QA.
  • Unify local and CI verification with locked dependencies, captured build inputs, wheel smoke checks, and version consistency checks.
  • Publish the packages produced by successful main CI with source provenance and SHA-256 checksums; exclude local review outputs from distributions.

Validation

Full tests, Ruff checks, package-content validation, and MCP/HTML/PPTX wheel smoke checks passed locally and in CI. Repeated local builds of identical source produced identical distribution files. Client-model quality and Office pixel fidelity were not evaluated.
