1. Update Calendar Invites

The team calendar needs to be updated to comply with the Calendar Invite Standards.

  1. Add the name of the Zoom account that is hosting the meeting to specify if it is an HfLA Zoom account, a personal account or Bonnie's Zoom link
  2. Add a copy of the invite from the host Zoom account
    1. remove the list of dates
  3. Add a link to the agenda issue for the meeting (its recommended you use one ongoing issue)
  4. Review the hack for LA guidance on Guest Permission for Google Calendar events. It is recommended that you check Modify Event but there are circumstances where it may not be appropriate
  5. Consistency for the time zone. Make all your meetings have the Pacific time zone (PST or PDT). HfLA and your project need this standardization to do audits. You will see time zones show up in places like the Zoom Setup sheet
  6. All calendar invites for recurring meetings should be owned by the team calendar. If you have a meeting that is on your calendar but is not showing up on the team calendar, then have the owner of the meeting transfer team meeting in google calendar
