Plan for next steps is to gather additional examples (there are more outside of Hack for LA in other brigades in the broader CfA Network). I will be meeting with others working on trauma conscious facilitation over the next few weeks. When I have compiled some examples, I will add them here, and resume the following step of creating a draft template. Immediate Tasks

Overview
We need to create a trauma-informed facilitation guide for product managers and leaders order to be able to create spaces which are open for participants to engage with and learn about sensitive or difficult topics, but also prepare facilitators to be aware of signs of participants being triggered and be able to respond appropriately.
Action Items
The phases in the guide-making process are listed below. Each phase displayed in blue is linked to a wiki page with instructions on how to complete that phase. Open the wiki page in a new tab, copy the instructions for each part into the section labeled 'Tasks' at the bottom of this issue, and complete each task listed.
