Stand 0.1.2

Install

This build is for Apple silicon Macs (M1 or later) on macOS 11 or later.

1. Download Stand-0.1.2-macos-arm64.zip.
2. Unzip it and move Stand into Applications.
3. Open Stand. macOS will say Apple could not verify it is free of malware. Click Done.
4. Open System Settings → Privacy & Security, scroll to Security, and click Open Anyway. Confirm with your password or Touch ID.
5. Open Stand again. It lives in the menu bar. Closing the settings window leaves it running. Quit is in the menu bar.

If Open Anyway is not there, run this in Terminal, then open Stand:

xattr -dr com.apple.quarantine /Applications/Stand.app

What changed

• Changing the work or break minutes applies immediately. Steppers, presets, and typing a number then pressing Enter restart the work clock.
• Settings opens on the next break, with Work and Break as short rows and a Start break button.
• The 30-second warning is a small panel under the menu bar, with no window buttons.
• The break screen keeps one countdown, a quieter End break button, and the line “Hold Escape for 3 seconds.”
