- Open Stand again. It lives in the menu bar. Closing the settings window leaves it running. Quit is in the menu bar.
If Open Anyway is not there, run this in Terminal, then open Stand:
xattr -dr com.apple.quarantine /Applications/Stand.appQuit the old Stand from its menu bar before opening this one, so only one copy is running.
What changed
The menu follows a Mac control menu. Now names the clock. Work and Break are one row each, and the lengths sit in that row. The menu bar is the icon.
The window follows the Mac’s appearance. Schedule is one group, and Start break is the filled button.
The break cover is a solid warm room, so the desktop stays hidden. A seated figure rests under a lamp. One line stays for the whole break. The clock is small. End break sits at the bottom.
About Stand shows the icon, the version, and a short description.
