IGV Integration

Next to the "Open Pileup Viewer" link, there is a link to load data in IGV: IGV Link

When properly configured, these will load the VCF and BAM(s) for the current run in IGV and jump to the selected variant's locus.

There are a few things you need to do to make this work:

  1. Install IGV and run it. IGV must be running for these links to work.
  2. Check the "Enable port" option in IGV's advanced preferences.
