Portable Linux build of Hamspot Commander 0.8.5.

Unzip HamSpotCommander and start hamspot-commander.sh. Config, window state, and Gqrx files stay inside that folder. The machine still needs gqrx, rigctld (libhamlib-utils), and PipeWire.
