What's Changed

Framework, CDK and Material at 22.1.6, TypeScript at 6.0.3, ESLint on flat config with angular-eslint 22. Components carry ChangeDetectionStrategy.Eager and HttpClient keeps XHR through withXhr(), so behaviour matches 21.0.0. Node moves to 24 in the Dockerfile, .nvmrc and both workflows.

This release shipped engines.node as ^22.22.3 || ^24.15.0 || >=26.0.0. That last clause was too wide: it claimed Node 27 and beyond, which Angular 22 does not support. 22.1.0 narrows it to ^26.0.0, matching Angular's published range.
