Changes

  • Exit code 3 for permanent input errors (region out of bounds, bad format, missing GPX, unknown source)
  • Backend worker should NOT retry on exit code 3
  • Exit code convention: 0=ok, 1=transient(retry), 3=permanent(no retry), 80=keyboard interrupt
