This release patches critical vulnerabilities that affect both staked and unstaked nodes and should be applied immediately.

Operators who have previously applied the security patch do not need to upgrade.

At the start of epoch 1079 at approximately 13:30 UTC on Nov 6, feature gate 8whkDenELnfwYLirBc4Wb4H2Z1z5K7tiykpdxJS7cWg1 will be activated. Any staked or unstaked validator that does not have the patch will be forked at the start of epoch 1079.
