Stitch QA v1.0.0 — Java Maven CLI QA Assistant

First stable release of Stitch QA.

Stitch QA v1 is a CLI-first AI-assisted QA tool for Java Maven projects. It can scan a project, run Maven tests, analyze logs, suggest safe repair actions, provide code-level guidance, and generate Markdown/JSON QA reports.
