Each world now keeps its own rules in that repo's AGENTS.md and agent/ folder. The skill stays generic: one file per concept, canon-safe updates, and soft time on every entry.

• Standing preferences cover categories, era names, links, external IDs, canon limits, and plans.
• Every entry sets time_era and time_span (point, ongoing, or recurring).
• New kinds of entry get their own folder when the creator asks.
• Inhabitants include peoples, species, and named individuals. Artwork includes works inside or outside the fiction.
• Examples are neutral, and conflicts keep the existing fact.
