Misleading links on http://trac.haskell.org/haskell-platform

Hi,

http://trac.haskell.org/haskell-platform still exists and points to the darcs repo, which is (AFAIK) not used any more. That page needs some cleanup.

Note that the "Problems?" link on the front page of HP links to a wiki page with all of its links to Trac and no mention whatsoever of GitHub. That includes links to the Trac bug tracker. So I this is a very visible and important issue.

I think we need to decide once and for all how we are using Trac and how we are using GitHub. If it's GitHub - then fix all the links. If it's both - then mention GitHub prominently everywhere.

looks like trac points to github now. We could make it even clearer, but I think this suffices?
