@hassanradwannn hassanradwannn released this 02 Nov 13:14

OneCode 0.8.8

Repair Claude attachment preparation and retain the unsent prompt when an upload cannot be confirmed.

  • Find the unique native file input inside the current editor's nearest form or dock. Fresh /new pages do not have to use an existing chat's bottom-input ID and dock layout.
  • Keep the native file input's exact label, schema, composer ownership, draft lease and upload-state proof. Ambiguous or unrelated uploaders remain refused. Files are handed to the native input once; an uncertain upload is never replayed automatically.
  • Preserve Claude's unsent prompt when attachment preparation fails, alongside any staged native file or error. The former failure cleanup could clear the text immediately after telling the user to check the unsent draft.
  • Continue to require exact uploaded names, settled native state, zero placeholders, attachment tokens, live permission and native message acknowledgement before claiming delivery.

Complete Windows x64 and Linux x64 installers and compatible cumulative capsules ship together. Existing compatible Windows 0.5.9 and Linux 0.8.2 native bases remain supported. Bridge protocol 22 is unchanged; recorder revision 127 replaces the loaded adapter/content pair. See the verification scope.

@hassanradwannn hassanradwannn released this 02 Nov 00:42

OneCode 0.8.7

Give Gemini time to finish loading its model controls, and provide a complete installation for new users.

  • Wait up to thirty seconds for Gemini's initial native model picker to become enabled and readable after its editor mounts. The previous five-second limit could refuse a message while the page was still loading normally.
  • Allow up to thirty seconds for the exact configured OneCode connector entry to hydrate inside Gemini's native @ menu. The previous eight-second limit could reject a slow menu before its connector appeared. Keep its original selector/draft lease, exact connector name and native token proof; optional native skill lookup retains its separate five-second budget.
  • Keep the same editor, draft, attachments, account route and request throughout the wait. Cancellation, generation, a replaced editor or an earlier caller deadline still ends preparation. The longer wait never resends a task or falls back to another model.
  • Continue to prove an explicit requested model through its exact selected native menu choice, with the existing bounded menu and close checks.
  • Use retained Gemini approval receipts to veto another click after a page refresh, even while the historical reply is still loading. A disabled approval-only card and an earlier response's footer cannot prove the latest answer finished.
  • Capture Gemini's native composer usage strip and show its exact reset text in the existing provider-limit notice/notification flow. A time of day is retained as text, without inventing a date or automatic retry.
  • Confirm Claude's exact selected-skill task from native plain text when the sent question collapses its visible skill chip. Ordinary authored /onecode text and changed tasks are not normalized by this receipt path.
  • Recheck the exact current native final at the browser repair boundary before navigating a responsive page. This prevents a stale silence repair from reloading a completed response.
  • Distinguish unchanged native effort from an explicit Low choice in the composer. Clicking the unchanged range endpoint records the requested Low effort even if the browser emits no numeric value-change event.
  • Include the complete Windows x64 installer, Linux x64 AppImage/DEB, base descriptors, Companion and setup assets alongside cumulative Windows/Linux application capsules.

Compatible existing installations retain the verified Windows 0.5.9 and Linux 0.8.2 complete bases for the smaller update. New users can install 0.8.7 directly. Native runtime components and bridge protocol 22 are unchanged; recorder revision 126 refreshes the adapter/content pair in already-open pages.

All earlier Stable fixes, including 0.8.6 continuation receipts and native account Retry and 0.8.5 Windows network repair, are included. See the verification scope for automated, cloud and native acceptance evidence.

@hassanradwannn hassanradwannn released this 01 Nov 01:26

OneCode 0.8.6

Recover accepted continuations without leaving their task authorization waiting on a lost browser acknowledgement.

  • Recognize ChatGPT's native Your account changed. Send your message again card during an owned fresh opening and click its exact Retry once. If Retry continues the chat, wait for its native receipt. If it returns Home with the original task in the composer, verify the complete unchanged draft and selected model before reserving one Send with the same credential.
  • Keep Retry inside the original paired browser, tab, document and input claim. Changed drafts/questions, another document, attachments, approvals, cancellation, expiry and an already-started native Send stop the fallback. Repeated failures do not earn another Retry.
  • Reconcile a missing Send acknowledgement when the same paired browser records the exact native question and complete app-authored task, including its original credential. The existing outbox commits the receipt; no message or tool call is resent.
  • Retain the original permission, provider, session, question and generation checks. A changed task, another browser, explicit cancellation, blocked chat or missing grant cannot supply recovery proof.
  • Refresh a silent broken page instead of reporting it as preserved and leaving Continue in that same failed document. Keep the one-shot reload receipt through replacement readiness and history rate limits.
  • Consolidate live and recovered input receipts in one commit path, remove redundant readiness handling and simplify an unreachable authorization-guidance branch.

This cumulative Stable application hotfix retains the compatible Windows 0.5.9 and Linux 0.8.2 complete bases. Native runtime components are unchanged. Fresh installations can use the complete 0.8.4 release and update normally.

@hassanradwannn hassanradwannn released this 31 Oct 09:41

OneCode 0.8.5

Windows network repair is always accessible when Tailscale is the selected connection method.

  • Find Fix network in the connection popover and Setup while disconnected, connecting, connected or reporting a network error. The action no longer depends on one specific public TLS verdict.
  • Restart the Windows Tailscale service through the normal administrator consent prompt, including when startup cannot reach its daemon. Saved URLs, sign-in and Serve/Funnel routes are retained.
  • Keep one repair in flight across repeated clicks and status repaints. Running tools and a closing or changed connection remain protected. Cancellation does not automatically retry the restart.
  • Recheck exact route ownership and public reachability after an active connection's repair. Restarting the service alone does not declare the connector healthy or recreate a replaced route.

This cumulative application hotfix includes Stable 0.8.4's fixes and updater progress bar/MB display. Windows capsules remain compatible with the complete 0.5.9 base, and Linux capsules with 0.8.2; the native runtime is unchanged. This release contains application capsules, not new full installers. Fresh installations can use the complete 0.8.4 release and then update normally.

OneCode 0.8.4

@hassanradwannn hassanradwannn released this 31 Oct 00:17

OneCode 0.8.4

This release carries the 0.8.3 reliability work and corrections from installed Beta testing.

  • Preserve exact Steer delivery receipts and current task identity while older native history imports. Keep foreign, superseded and unproved task credentials refused.
  • Commit a busy Claude Steer through its native Send now control once. A manual Send now is observed without another click. An uncertain delivery keeps its original authorization pending until the exact paired receipt arrives; it cannot execute tools or replay Send while unconfirmed. Explicit cancellation still revokes the task.
  • Import older mounted public ChatGPT activity progressively and retain long observations within the serialized transport budget. Preserve native code-block formatting.
  • Wait for the exact replacement document during browser recovery and Compact & Resume without replaying uncertain messages.
  • Read normal ChatGPT model choices from an owned Chat-mode discovery helper. Wait for its enabled native trigger and activate its observed handler once, or accept a fresh exact available selection without opening it unnecessarily. Existing conversations retain their native mode.
  • Place public replies under their exact native questions when the provider reuses response identifiers across Steers, including retained public preambles whose older question is absent from the typed group. Repair earlier mistaken placement when stronger question evidence arrives, suppress retained duplicate outline prose and retain the correction viewport anchor.
  • Use OneCode artwork in the Windows notification area. Restore the original in-app connection status dot.
  • Show installation progress and clear plugin completion/error state, retained when setup dialogs close. Sign-in and connection requirements remain explicit.
  • Keep setup steps visible after plugin installation. Blender MCP provides its matching bundled add-on as a verified download, followed by Blender installation/server instructions and a connection check.
  • Show the shared updater progress bar and downloaded/total MB in Stable as well as Beta, with separate verification and preparation states.

Windows and Linux artifacts are built from the same frozen source. Windows native acceptance is requested. The reported Linux/Remote disconnect is investigated separately; the full native Linux matrix is excluded at the user's request. Release and installed acceptance receipts are recorded separately.

OneCode 0.8.2

@hassanradwannn hassanradwannn released this 30 Oct 01:00

Urgent repair for Linux update rollback and lost provider setup.

  • Opening the Ubuntu shortcut now joins the running OneCode before touching update startup/rollback state. A second launch cannot falsely roll a healthy updated application back to its older base.
  • Linux launcher/window identity stays associated with the existing installation. Legacy launchers are preserved as aliases, dock favourites keep their position, and unrelated applications and launch arguments are retained.
  • Recover saved browser/provider preferences when a valid backup and native logs prove that an older application reset a newer setup. Original grants return only from an untouched recovery state; later access changes remain intact. The current settings are backed up first, and later deliberate preferences are not repeatedly overwritten.
  • Existing provider connectors remain recognized after restart through their saved exact-route evidence. An update does not require deleting and re-adding an already configured connector. Credentials and connector records are not rotated.

Linux needs one complete package update because the repaired bootstrap belongs to the immutable runtime. AppImage installations can download it through the built-in updater; full DEB/native replacement remains package-manager-owned. Windows retains its compatible application-capsule path against the verified 0.5.9 base.

Validation includes 265 focused checks across 16 suites plus a real Electron multi-process locking check. Recovery also passed against a private copy of the reported Linux setup, restoring Brave/Claude while preserving current folder grants, permissions and tunnel settings. Production Ubuntu was not modified, updated or restarted; installation and verification there remain manual as requested.

See release notes and verification scope.

Built from frozen source e52fb29f7344d77ccfaa619c32a4b0619656b243: Linux build, Windows build. Both packaged smoke checks and canonical checksum finalization passed. Both application archives and every entry were independently checked against the published manifests.

OneCode Beta 0.8.9

Steer acceptance candidate for Stable 0.8.4.

The first Steer can retain the previous reply's complete native outline. Its ID-less public paragraphs were painted again under the correction even after canonical message ordering was repaired. The second Steer can suppress that aggregate outline and fall back to canonical paragraphs, which explained its different visible behavior.

This candidate projects the retained prefix out only within an explicitly continued recorded response, using exact prior native call identities and matching public prefix content. New correction text, repeated words after the old prefix, canonical messages, task authorization and original processes remain intact. Saved outlines stay unchanged. Paged history reads include the required earlier outline.

Both the failing first-Steer and succeeding second-Steer paths now have renderer regressions. Native acceptance for this iteration is limited to Steer at the user's request. Compatible complete bases remain Beta 0.8.3 on Windows and Linux; this is an application capsule.

@hassanradwannn hassanradwannn released this 30 Oct 22:14

OneCode Beta 0.8.8

Acceptance iteration for Stable 0.8.4. Earlier published Betas remain unchanged.

  • Keep weakly assigned public paragraphs in their native question interval within an explicitly continued response, without changing canonical task or process ownership.
  • Preserve exact native question creation times and carry transcript presentation metadata to Remote.
  • Retain the earlier authorization, history import, Chat-mode selection, reconnect, plugin feedback, Blender add-on setup/export and tray/status-dot repairs.

This application capsule retains the verified Beta 0.8.3 complete base on Windows and Linux. Native ordering and provider acceptance remain required. This is not a Stable acceptance pass.

OneCode Beta 0.8.7

Acceptance iteration for the corrected 0.8.4 Stable candidate. Earlier published Betas remain unchanged.

  • Join retained typed public assistant replies to their exact native questions, including public source IDs omitted from an aggregate message list.
  • Keep those presentation-only joins separate from tool request identity and hidden content.
  • Retain the task authorization, history import, Chat-mode model selection, reconnect, plugin installation feedback, Blender add-on setup/export and tray/status-dot changes from the preceding candidates.

This application update retains the verified Beta 0.8.3 complete base on Windows and Linux. Native ordering, provider and recovery acceptance is still required. This is not a Stable acceptance pass.

@hassanradwannn hassanradwannn released this 30 Oct 20:31

OneCode Beta 0.8.6

Acceptance iteration for the corrected 0.8.4 Stable candidate. Earlier published Betas remain unchanged.

  • Keep retained public ChatGPT preambles under their exact original native questions even when an aggregate group omits the old question.
  • Preserve the Steer receipt/history repairs, normal Chat-mode model discovery and hydrated reconnect picker from the preceding candidate.
  • Retain visible plugin installation/result states, verified Blender add-on download and setup instructions, the Windows notification-area logo and original in-app connection dot.

This application update uses the verified compatible Beta 0.8.3 complete base on Windows and Linux. Native acceptance is still required; this release is not a Stable acceptance pass.
