1.1.13
- Neuron's lists link every task, project and note they name, also when followed by a priority like [HIGH] or written in braces like {Brand Refresh 2027}.
- The app starts on less: each page loads the first time it's opened, and the rest arrive in the background.
1.1.12
- The Mac app is a quarter of its size.
- Dictation lets you choose a Standard (English) or Accurate (many languages) model, downloaded the first time you use the mic.
1.1.11
- Text and table files stored on this Mac preview again instead of saying "Failed to fetch".
- An app or plugin in a local project folder is one item, not hundreds of files, and deleting it in Finder clears it from the app.
1.1.10
- Cloud AI picks its model from your key, with Automatic always on the newest one, keeps a key for each provider, and draws images with Nano Banana or GPT Image.
- Settings → AI shows Enabled beside a cloud provider whose key works, and Key refused when the provider turns it down.
- Device Sync: API keys and calendar links shared across devices, end-to-end encrypted.
1.1.9
- Neuron answers questions about notes, tasks and the calendar in one go on Claude, Gemini and GPT, with every open task, matching notes and the week ahead to hand.
- Claude reuses the unchanged part of each question, which makes it faster and cheaper, and Gemini again decides how long to think.
1.1.8
- Long titles in Neuron's replies wrap with their bullet, and an answer that failed offers Try again.
- Asked which project to work on, Neuron answers with a project, from each one's overdue, started and due tasks.
- Neuron answers faster on Gemini: shorter thinking, one more try when the model is busy, and note search no longer waits on the local index.
1.1.7
- Dictation works again in the Mac app, and says access was denied only when it was.
- The chat says where the chosen model runs, such as "sent to Google", instead of always "runs locally".
- The Daily Brief says where to allow a cloud model when it can't use one.
1.1.6
- A message typed in the AI chat and not sent stays there after leaving the chat or closing Quick AI.
- A Copy button beside a note's History puts its title and text on the clipboard, in Notes and in a project's Notes.
- Notes copied or shared as plain text keep one line per list item, show checklist ticks and put a table row on each line.
- Backups include note images and project files, and can be encrypted with a password.
- ⌘K finds tasks by their description, tags and project and notes by their text, the same way as the iPhone's search.
- Notes and projects named in Neuron's replies open when clicked, as tasks do.
- Link notes to each other by typing [[, with the notes linking to one listed under it.
1.1.5
- Projects drag anywhere in Custom order, the list's columns line up, and the drop line is straight, between cards in the grid.
- After Google sign-in the browser tab says you can close it, instead of spinning on Google's page.
- Task alerts offer the same choices on the Mac and the iPhone, so one picked on either works on both.
- The app no longer signs you out when its Quick Capture or meeting bar window renews the sign-in with an old copy.
- Files can be sorted by name, date added, size or kind.
- Settings has a search field: type a setting's name to find the section it's in.
- The Overdue filter leaves out done tasks, as on the iPhone.
- Notes have tags: set them under a note's title, find notes by them, and show one tag's notes.
- Tab in a note's title moves on into its text, as Return does.
- A tag filter on notes shows as a chip under the search, with how many notes it shows and an × to clear it.
- Neuron writes dates as Settings → Date & Time says, and the tasks it names open when clicked.
- Neuron can rename and delete meetings, reorder sub-tasks and file a new note in a folder or project.
- Work hours for planning are a setting.
- Neuron answers questions about a note, free time or what's overdue in one run, about twice as fast on a local model.
1.1.4
- A privacy page in Settings and on the sign-in screen: what is kept, where, and who else sees it.
- One due-date rule in both apps: timed before date-only, ties by priority then newest, and Due today keeps what's already past.
- Projects in your own order: drag them on the Projects page, and the sidebar and the iPhone follow.
- Scheduled backups to a folder on the Mac, and a backup offered before deleting the account.
- Projects can be sorted by due date, name, progress or last update, or kept in your own order.
- The Projects widget sorts the same ways, and can be arranged by dragging in Custom order.
- Admins can block and unblock accounts in Settings → People.
- What's new after each update and in Settings, from a changelog the release drafts from the commits.
