• Web UI auto-refresh — after a permanent delete, open web clients now update the subagent list and catalog count automatically, without a page reload.
• Marker is published through the official session lifecycle seam (prepare → enter → announce → detach) and its _no-cwd artifact is swept afterwards.
• Public type declarations (src/index.d.ts), Chinese README, changelog, security policy, and CI workflow.
• Fixed the client detector to read the public sessions.list snapshot field byId[id].parentId.
