• Language: variables, parameters and constants are snake_case, as in
  Austral; functions stay camelCase, types and modules PascalCase, slots
  as they were. hilde rename --plan|--apply makes the change in a tree,
  scripts/check-naming.pl holds it in the gates.
• Sperli: a host named by an IPv4 address is an address in the
  certificate of its rank and is checked as an address, so a host list
  of 127.0.0.1 lines runs; a rank on a loopback address listens at that
  address, and a name that only starts with 127 listens at 127.0.0.1.
• libsperli: a test of a job of three ranks in three processes holds
  SPERLI_E_BUSY for a call made while another thread waits in
  sperli_recv.
• Sperli: scripts/sperli/loopback-probe.sh runs the sum example as jobs
  of 2, 3 and 4 ranks over TLS on 127.0.0.1 and refuses three wrong
  clients. The guides no longer say that the C library does not wait
  for a rank that does not listen yet.
