In short. Simple or advanced mode and the admin theme are set in "My account". The admin menu arranges extensions in Content, Community, Tools and Connections, and "Redirects" becomes "Short links". "Home page", "Site menu" and "Social networks" become one "Home and menu" entry with tabs. Five entries (Site health, Backup, Updates, Maintenance, Audit log) become one "Maintenance" entry with tabs. "Site settings" becomes "Settings" and gathers AI visibility and, in advanced mode, the web address. The "Game covers" tab is removed from the site settings: it only said the module handles it. Nothing changes for your covers.

Administration

  • (English) Simple or advanced mode and the theme are set in "My account". They leave the bottom of the menu, which keeps the bug report and sign out. The choice applies at once and only to you.

  • (English) The menu has four sections: Content, Community, Tools, Connections. Your own tools are no longer mixed with your community, and connectors (bots, home automation…) get a collapsed "Connections" group. One link per extension; your pins do not change.

  • « Redirections » devient « Liens courts ».

  • (English) "Redirects" becomes "Short links". One name in both modes, in the menu and on the page, at the same address. In Extensions, "Overlays" becomes "OBS helpers".

  • (English) One "Home and menu" entry in the menu. It gathers the home page, the site menu, the header link and button and the network buttons (ex-"Social networks"), as tabs. Every page keeps its address: your bookmarks work as before.

  • (English) One name for the site menu. The word "Navigation" no longer shows in advanced mode: the page is always called "Site menu".

  • (English) The "Game covers" tab of the site settings is gone. It only held a reminder: your key and your corrections are set in the module, as before. An old bookmark simply opens the first tab.

  • (English) One "Maintenance" entry in the menu. It gathers the health check, backup, updates, leftovers from older versions and, in advanced mode, the activity log, as tabs at the top of each page. Every page keeps its address: your bookmarks and links work as before.

  • (English) Clearer names. "Audit log" becomes "Activity log", "Site health" becomes "Health check", "Overlays" becomes "Overlay pages", and "Users" becomes "Team".

  • (English) One place for the settings. AI visibility becomes a tab of Settings, and old links lead there. In advanced mode, a "Web address" tab leads to the steps to change it.

  • (English) Fewer reminders. The two sentences at the top of Settings that pointed to Appearance and to the site address repeated the menu: they are gone.

  • (English) Older sites update in two steps. A site on 0.6.10 to 0.6.17 first updates to 0.6.18, then to the new version, and the site offers the steps itself. A site on 0.6.18 or newer is not affected.

Pour les développeurs

  • Settings page. Removed the services tab of /admin/settings, its two cards, the retryRawgHandover action and the settings.services* and settings.rawg* strings.
  • Handover kept. services/rawgHandover.ts still runs at start-up, after a module change or restore, and on the first call of an old module. The settings page no longer starts it.
  • Old address kept. /admin/settings/rawg-covers still redirects to the module.
  • Support floor raised to 0.6.18 (upgrade.json, docs/MIGRATIONS.md). Removed the RAWG handover (rawgHandover.ts, rawgNote.ts, hooks); rawg.* settings are left untouched; ctx.api.rawg, the rawg-covers redirect and the MCP short names stay. menu-freeze is kept: it also reads backups made before the stored menu.
  • Settings tabs. AiVisibilityPanel (was /admin/ai-visibility) is the ai tab, and that address redirects to /admin/settings#ai. New advanced address tab. Tabs now wraps on phones. See docs/ADMIN-NAVIGATION.md.
  • Maintenance tabs. adminMenu.ts now has maintenanceTabs() and one maintenance entry instead of five; LinkTabs and MaintenanceHeader render the bar; PageHeader takes level={2}. See docs/ADMIN-NAVIGATION.md. No route changed.
  • Preferences. AdminPreferences (My account) holds the mode and theme buttons that were in the sidebar footer; setAdminMode, setAdminTheme and the /admin/mode page are unchanged. See docs/ADMIN-NAVIGATION.md.
  • Sidebar sections. MENU_SECTIONS is content | community | tools | connections; defaultSection reads the new optional manifest key menuGroup (no minCore), then family, then the type. The Community sub-groups (MENU_GROUPS, menuGroupOf) and the nav.my*, navgroup.* strings are gone. extensionFamily reads menuGroup first and has a tools family. See docs/MODULES.md.
  • Home and menu tabs. HomeMenuHeader (link tabs) over /admin/home, /admin/navigation, the new /admin/navigation/header (#header is mapped to it with LegacyHash) and /admin/social; HOME_MENU_TAB_HREFS in adminLinks.ts. Removed three unused adminLinks.ts constants and the nav.social, nav.navigation* strings. See docs/ADMIN-NAVIGATION.md.
  • One file for admin addresses. src/core/adminLinks.ts holds every administration path and link helper (entriesHref, instanceHref…). Pages, actions and tools use it, and a test fails on a stray "/admin/…" literal. No address or text changed.
