Title: Hirth joint: independent flank angles (saw-tooth profile), tooth height up to part height

Hi! Thanks for Layerling, it's great.

Could you add independent flank angles to the Hirth joint? For example 90° on one side and 45° on the other (like a saw), with a button to reverse the direction. Or maybe as a separate tool, if you prefer to keep the current joint as it is.

Also, the tooth height should be able to reach the full part height (now it stops at 2.60 mm on a 3 mm part).

I already made this with Claude on v1.140.0 and it works (STL and STEP export, teeth still fit together). I can send you the patch if you like.

@rvr-project Thanks a lot, and thanks for offering your patch! I built it into the Hirth joint itself, so it also works with the edge tool, the STEP export and the AI tools:

• Tooth shape → Saw teeth: one flank stands at the Steep flank angle (45° to 90°, 90° is a straight step), the other takes the rest of the tooth, like a ratchet. A copy turned over front to back still locks into it.
• Steep flank on the other side reverses the direction.
• Tooth height now goes up to the full height of the part, so on a 3 mm joint the teeth can be 3 mm high.
