[idea] drag and drop for panes/tabs/workspaces

idea / problem

Sometimes something starts as a new tab, but you change your mind and want it to be in the same pane as another one.

Other times, you want it to be in a new workspace.

I know some of these things are available through the command line, but it's not exactly intuative.

This is similar to #1211 but in a larger scope

requested change

Have a way to drag and drop panes, tabs, and workspaces.

Maybe with a special modifier key for panes, and tabs and workspaces could just be dragged.

When you drag a pane or a tab to the workspace area, it will be able to be converted to a new workspace.

Same with all other combinations.

why you want this

I often want to re-arrange my workspace as I work, and the current interface is not intuitive or impossible.

I am willing to contribute this feature if you'll allow me.
