本次是一次较大的功能更新：新增隐私书架、TXT 与漫画阅读，Android 可在书库中直接保留原文件，并加入自动导入文件夹；应用更名为 SeLis，原创代码改用 GPL-3.0-only 许可。

新增

• 隐私书架：点击书架标题可在普通书架与隐私书架之间切换，首次进入时设置密码。隐私书架的书目、进度、书签、笔记与收藏单独存放，不出现在普通书架、全库搜索、存档、互传和云同步里；密码只存在这台设备。可在书籍菜单中把书移入或移出隐私书架，原书文件留在原处。忘记密码只能清空隐私书架的本地资料，原书文件与普通书架不受影响。
• TXT 与漫画：支持打开 TXT 电子书和 ZIP/CBZ 漫画。TXT 会识别章节与可缩进段落，Aa 面板新增“段落缩进”开关，并让正文两端对齐。
• 漫画缩放：单页与双页模式可双指缩放至 4 倍并拖动查看，翻页后复位；滚动模式下双指缩放整条长图并保持手指位置，桌面端可用 Ctrl+滚轮与鼠标拖动。
• Android 原文件导入：存储设置关闭“导入时复制到书库”后，从“导入书”选择的文件留在原位置读取，不再复制一份；文件被移动或权限失效时可重新连接同一文件，只有内容一致才会绑定。删除这类书时会提示原文件仍保留在原处。
• 自动导入文件夹：设置 > 存储新增“自动导入文件夹”，可选择或更换文件夹、立即扫描或关闭，并显示上次扫描的新增与失败数量。扫描只在应用位于前台且书架空闲时进行。
• SeLis 品牌：应用名称、窗口标题、关于页与中英文 README 统一为 SeLis；安装身份、签名、数据目录与更新地址保持不变，老用户可覆盖升级并保留书架和进度。
• 开源许可：原创代码以 GPL-3.0-only 发布；发行页同时提供对应源码 ZIP 与许可声明 ZIP。

改进

• 书架批量操作栏与工具栏分组的圆角改为中心对齐；切换标签时不再让上一本的打开画面浮在新书上。
• 目录跳转只在落点真正生效后跟随；普通书与漫画的手势、进度条跳转不再互相干扰。
• 漫画大目录改用单次有界传输，优先读取可见页面并复用已校验的缓存，快速来回翻页时预取不再中断；预取会随 Android 前后台切换暂停。
• 移动书籍前先保存阅读进度；移入或移出隐私书架会保留进度、书签、笔记与收藏。
• 导入回调相互隔离，文件夹扫描失败会明确提示；拖入提示只列出支持的格式。

修复

• 修复打开 TXT 时未套用标准正文宽度和两端对齐的问题。
• 修复漫画滚动模式长图拼接处的比例失真，以及缓存校验失败时仍使用旧图的问题。
• 修复 Android 上导入文件夹或自动导入失败时没有提示的问题。

使用提示

• 隐私书架只在本机保存，不参与云同步、设备互传和全库搜索；密码只存在本机，原书文件不会被加密。
• Android 选择保留原文件时，请不要移动或删除原文件；文件失效后应用会请你重新连接。
• 本版保留原有书架、阅读进度与设置；隐私书架使用单独的本机资料。

This is a large feature update: a private shelf, TXT and comic reading, keeping Android originals in place, an automatic import folder, the SeLis name, and GPL-3.0-only licensing for original code.

New

• Private shelf: tap the shelf title to switch between the library and the private shelf; set a password the first time. Its books, progress, bookmarks, notes, and favourites are stored separately and do not appear in the library, global search, archives, device transfer, or cloud sync. The password stays on this device. Move a book in or out from its menu; the original file stays where it is. Forgetting the password only clears the private shelf's local data; original files and the library are untouched.
• TXT and comics: open TXT books and ZIP/CBZ comics. TXT chapter starts and indentable paragraphs are detected, the Aa panel gains a paragraph-indent switch, and text is justified.
• Comic zoom: single and double page modes zoom up to 4x with a pinch and pan by dragging, resetting on page turn. Scroll mode zooms the whole strip around your fingers; desktop uses Ctrl+wheel and mouse drag.
• Android originals: turn off “copy into library on import” and files picked with “Import book” are read where they are, without a second copy. If a file moves or access is lost, reconnect the same file; only identical content rebinds. Deleting such a book says the original file stays where it is.
• Automatic import folder: Settings > Storage adds a folder whose new books join the shelf automatically. Pick or change the folder, scan now, or turn it off, and see the last scan's new and failed counts. Scans run only while the app is in the foreground and the shelf is idle.
• SeLis branding: the app name, window titles, About page, and the English and Chinese READMEs now use SeLis. Install identity, signing, data directories, and update URLs are unchanged, so existing users can upgrade in place and keep their shelf and progress.
• Open-source license: original code is released under GPL-3.0-only; the release page also provides corresponding source and license notice ZIPs.

Improvements

• The shelf's batch dock and toolbar groups now share concentric corners; switching tabs no longer floats the previous book's opening screen over the new one.
• A TOC jump is followed only after it actually lands; reader gestures and progress-bar jumps no longer interfere with each other, including in comics.
• Large comic directories use one bounded transfer, visible pages are read first, and verified caches are reused; speculative prefetch survives quick back-and-forth turns and pauses with the Android lifecycle.
• Reading progress is saved before a book moves; moving into or out of the private shelf keeps progress, bookmarks, notes, and favourites.
• Import callbacks are isolated, folder scan failures are reported, and drop hints list only supported formats.

Fixes

• Fixed TXT books not using the standard text measure and justification.
• Fixed distorted joins in comic scroll mode and stale images after a cache CRC failure.
• Fixed missing feedback when folder import or automatic import fails on Android.

Usage notes

• The private shelf is local only and does not take part in cloud sync, device transfer, or global search. Its password stays on this device; original files are not encrypted.
• If you keep Android originals in place, do not move or delete those files; the app will ask you to reconnect them if they become unavailable.
• Existing shelves, reading progress, and settings are preserved; the private shelf keeps its own local data.

This update reworks the Aa reading sliders and font-size row, unifies text choice controls, and makes the tap preview and LAN options match what they actually do.

New

• Aa sliders follow the book: line height, weight, letter spacing, and word spacing now rest at the book's own values until changed. A changed value becomes a button that restores the book's value; margins and the spread gap can be restored to automatic.
• Tap preview arrow: with “left side turns forward” enabled, the left band's preview arrow flips to point forward so it matches the actual turning direction. It switches instantly when reduced motion is on.

Improvements

• Reduce motion switch: the interface animation setting is now a “Reduce motion” switch instead of a full/reduced segmented control; when on, only shorter fades are used.
• One segmented control: text choice groups such as library filters, search scope, and font source now share the same segmented style and behaviour.
• LAN send: the include-books option is now a checkbox in the send form, where it takes effect.
• Font-size row: the A buttons are gone and the row now lines up with the other settings.

Usage notes

• Reading typography you have not changed still follows the book's own styles; only changed values override them.
• Local database and synchronization data formats are unchanged from 0.3.10.

This update adds volume-key paging to the Android reader, with an independent direction switch.

New

• Volume-key paging: while reading on Android, Volume Down turns to the next page and Volume Up to the previous one; hold either key to keep turning.
• Reverse volume keys: a new switch in reading settings swaps the two keys, so Volume Up goes to the next page and Volume Down to the previous one. It only swaps the volume keys and does not affect tap or swipe paging.

Improvements

• Volume-key paging only applies while reading the book text. Opening settings, contents, or other overlays, switching to the background, or leaving the reader returns the keys to system volume control.
• The scroll edge fade on panels such as contents and settings now appears from the first frame, reducing entrance delay.

Fixes

• Fixed the old paging state sometimes taking over the volume keys again after paging was turned off.

Usage notes

• The volume-key option is in the Android reading settings and is off by default.
• Local database and synchronization data formats are unchanged from 0.3.9.

• 本版会升级本机数据库格式。 从 0.3.5 升级时，会先备份数据库，再保留现有书架和阅读资料完成转换。升级后请勿让旧版程序打开同一份应用资料。
• 复制导入会额外占用书库所在磁盘的空间；取消“复制到书库”可继续链接原文件。此前已导入且可用的书不会自动改成复制存储。
• 更改书库位置只搬迁应用管理的 EPUB 副本；阅读记录等应用资料仍保存在原应用数据位置。请通过应用内入口搬迁或重新连接，避免手动改动书库文件。

This update improves Windows library file management, batch imports, and shelf scrolling.

New and improved

• Copy Windows imports into the library: choose whether to copy individual books, multiple books, or folder imports into the app's library, or keep linking to the original files. Your choice is remembered.
• Choose a Windows library location: move the library, restore its default location, or reconnect an existing library from storage settings. Moves show progress and verify files, with recovery available for unfinished operations.
• Show in File Explorer: locate a book's EPUB from its menu. Copied books point to the library copy; linked books point to the original file.
• Readable library filenames: newly copied EPUBs use readable filenames, adding a number when needed without overwriting existing files.
• Improved folder-import scheduling to overlap file preparation with shelf updates.

Fixes

• Fixed shelf rows changing height or jumping at certain window widths, with long titles, or while scrolling. Also improved grid scroll-position stability.
• Fixed font-list row heights not matching scroll placeholders on touch devices.
• Improved handling and messages for unavailable library locations, interrupted moves, and leftover files.

Upgrade and usage notes

• This version upgrades the local database format. When upgrading from 0.3.5, the app backs up the database before converting it while preserving shelf and reading data. Do not open the same app data with an older version afterward.
• Copying books uses additional disk space. Turn off Copy to library to keep linking to the originals. Previously imported books with working files are not automatically converted to copied storage.
• Changing the library location moves only app-managed EPUB copies. Reading records and other app data remain in their existing location. Use the app's move or reconnect controls instead of manually modifying library files.
• Local-transfer and cloud-sync data formats are unchanged by this update. Cloud sync still transfers reading data, not EPUB files.

• Reading-data cloud sync: use Jianguoyun or a compatible WebDAV service to sync reading positions, bookmarks, notes, favorites, and folder assignments across devices.
• Clearer progress choices: compare reading positions by device name and reading time, then choose where to continue.
• Easier sync controls: a Sync now shortcut, live status, and an attention dot for problems that need your action.
• Simpler local transfers: send multiple batches and switch direction without pairing again, with actual transfer progress shown while sending.
• Independent folder sorting: sort by recently read, recently added, title, or reading progress without changing the main shelf order.
• Improved Android folder and list layouts, including shelf controls on tablets.

Fixes

• Fixed bookmarks added from the upper-right corner in two-page mode sometimes being placed on the left page.
• Fixed the sender not showing network transfer progress after packaging finished.

Notes

• Cloud sync transfers reading data, not EPUB files. Import the same EPUB file on each device. Let the source device finish syncing, then select Sync now on the other device before opening the book.

EPUB Reader 0.3.4

EPUB Reader can now check for and install its own updates, the typography panel became one page with live sliders, and settings move faster between pages.

New

• Updates live in Settings › About. When a newer version is out, the app card at the top of About shows the version and its date, with What's New and Skip this version; below it sit Check for updates (with the time of the last check) and Check automatically, on by default. It only asks GitHub and uploads nothing. A small red dot marks the shelf's settings button and the About row while a version is waiting — never on the reading screen, and nothing pops up over your reading.

• Android: the update downloads here and finishes in the Android installer. The card shows progress, checks the downloaded file (its checksum, this app's package and signature, a higher version code) and then opens the system installer for you to confirm. If the app is not allowed to install apps yet, the card says so and offers Allow. Library, reading position, bookmarks, notes and settings are kept. (Android only)

• Windows: the installed copy can finish the update. On a normal installation the card downloads the update and offers Install and restart: reading progress is saved first, the installer runs with a progress bar, and the app reopens. Only copies installed by the setup program take this path; the portable .exe and developer builds get Go to download instead. (Windows only)

• Books can go straight into a folder. With a folder open, Import books puts new books into that folder instead of the shelf root, and Add from library moves books you already have into it — searchable, select-all, and it tells you that books from other folders will be moved. Re-importing never pulls a book out of another folder.

• The Aa panel is one compact page. Theme, fonts, character filters, size, line height, margins, spacing, page mode and More settings fit on one screen; the old quick/detailed tabs are gone. Holding a slider previews the change in the text immediately — the rest of the panel steps aside while you drag, and margin sliders draw a guide line where the text edge will land.

Improved

• Sliders only move when you mean it. On a phone, a swipe passing over a slider no longer changes it: vertical and diagonal swipes scroll the panel, a tap does nothing, and only a sideways drag takes the value. A drag that gets interrupted (panel closed, window hidden) ends cleanly instead of leaving a stuck value.

• Settings opens like a stack. On touch screens a category slides in from the right while the home page drifts and dims, and back reverses it; on the desktop it fades in with a slight rise. The reduced-motion setting still applies, and on Android the pages are drawn once after the library appears, so the first opening no longer stutters.

• About is one card and one list: the app name, version line and any waiting update in a single card; check for updates, the automatic switch, this version's notes, all versions on GitHub and diagnostics as rows of one list instead of nested boxes.

• Menus that scroll fade at the edge that still hides content — shelf settings, filters, search results, folder dialogs, action sheets and the transfer panel. The fade follows the theme, takes no space and does not block taps.

Fixed

• Bookmark ribbons stay where they belong. In phone single-page mode a ribbon could drift sideways, get clipped, or disappear when you returned to a chapter; it now sits at the page corner and comes back with the page.

• The book's own fonts come back when overriding is off. With a font selected and Override book fonts switched off, the book's font stack is kept again.

• The empty library hint is centred below the toolbar instead of being pushed down and partly off screen.

Notes

• This is the first release with the built-in updater, so install 0.3.4 by hand once. From the next version on, an installed Windows copy and the official Android app can update themselves.
• Windows: the installed copy updates itself; the portable .exe shows a link to the releases page. Android: the app downloads and verifies the package, then your system installer takes over — you may be asked to allow EPUB Reader to install apps.
• Checks go to GitHub and upload nothing; a failed background check stays silent, and you can always check manually under Settings › About.

• 书可以直接导入到文件夹里。 打开某个文件夹时，"导入书籍"会把新书放进这个文件夹而不是书架根目录；"从书库添加"能把已有的书移进来——可搜索、可全选，并提示会移动其他文件夹里的书。重复导入不会把书从别的文件夹里拽出来。

• Aa 面板合成一页。 主题、字体、字符与滤镜、字号、行高、边距、字距、单页/双页/滚动和"更多设置"都在同一屏，原来的"快速/详细"两个页签没有了。按住滑块时正文立刻按新值重排——面板其余部分先让开，拖动边距时还会出现虚线，标出正文边缘会落在哪里。

改进

• 滑块只在你真要改的时候才动。 手机上从滑块上划过去不会改数值：上下和斜向滑动用来滚面板，轻点不改变，只有横向拖动才接管。拖动中途被打断（关面板、切走窗口）会正常收尾，不会留下卡住的数值。

• 设置一层层推进去。 触屏上分类从右侧滑入、主页向左漂移并变暗，返回时反向播完；电脑上是淡入并轻微上移。仍然遵守"简化动画"设置；Android 上书架出现后会先把设置各页画一遍，第一次打开不再掉帧。

• 关于页是一张卡片加一张列表：应用名、版本行和等待中的更新在同一张卡片里；检查更新、自动检查开关、本版更新、GitHub 上的所有版本、诊断日志都变成同一张列表里的行，不再嵌套成框。

• 能滚动的地方会给被遮住的一边加渐隐——书架设置、筛选、搜索结果、文件夹弹窗、操作列表和互传面板；渐隐跟随主题、不占布局、不拦点击。

修复

• 书签丝带不再跑位。 手机单页模式下丝带会横向漂移、被裁掉，从目录回到章节时还会消失；现在它按页边定位，跟着页面走，回翻也能正常出现。

• 关掉"覆盖书籍字体"后书自己的字体重新生效，选过字体也一样。

• 空书架的提示居中了，不再被顶到下方、底部超出屏幕。

说明

• 这是第一个带应用内更新的版本，0.3.4 仍需手动安装一次。从下一版起，Windows 安装版和正式 Android 版可以自己更新。
• Windows：安装版自更新，免安装版给出前往下载的链接。Android：应用下载并校验后交给系统安装器，可能需要允许 EPUB Reader 安装应用。

Three builds are attached:

• EPUB Reader 0.3.4 — installer (EPUB.Reader_0.3.4_x64-setup.exe): installs the app and adds it to the Start menu. This is the build that can update itself from later versions.
• EPUB Reader 0.3.4 — portable (epub-reader_0.3.4_portable.exe): a single Windows file that runs without installing anything.
• EPUB Reader 0.3.4 — Android (arm64) (epub-reader_0.3.4_android-arm64.apk): for arm64 phones and tablets; installs over your current version and keeps your library.

Windows 10 and 11 already include the WebView2 runtime the app needs. Older or trimmed-down systems may need to install the evergreen WebView2 runtime first.

EPUB Reader 0.3.3

Chapters that used to end on a half-empty page now carry on into the next one, page turns slide across chapter boundaries, and books keep their own fonts and fit their wider tables.

New

• A half-empty last page is filled by the next chapter. With the continuous-reading options on (see Notes below), when a chapter ends with a spread holding one page, the next chapter's first page sits beside it: you turn straight on into that chapter's second spread, reading backwards mirrors it, and the joined half keeps its own links, footnotes, selection, bookmark ribbon and notes.

• Chapter boundaries turn like ordinary pages. With the same options on, the seam between chapters slides instead of cutting — a drag, tap, key press or wheel carries the current and the next chapter together, and you can reverse half-way. The cover, colour pages, contents and colophon slide through the same way, and quick repeated taps keep travelling instead of stopping at every screen.

• Export a folder's books. A folder's menu now offers Export book: one EPUB for a single book, or a ZIP for several.

• Select a whole folder at once. In batch mode, tapping a folder selects every book inside it. In list view a folder now has a real row showing its first book's cover, author and progress, and it sorts together with the books.

Improved

• Books keep their own fonts. The reader's default font no longer overrides fonts the book declares, and fonts used only inside a chapter's own styles are no longer dropped.

• Images and wide tables stay inside the page. Title images are no longer cut off at large font sizes, and a wide text table is narrowed and wraps its long lines while keeping its font size and column layout. A table the book itself pins in place is left the way the book designed it.

• Footnotes and links in the page-turn areas respond. A footnote or link that sits in an edge turn area opens on a tap instead of only turning the page; ordinary text there still turns the page.

• Small Aa panel details. Font sizes are shown as plain numbers without long decimal tails, and switches that cannot be used at the moment are greyed out.

Fixed

• Maximizing or restoring the window no longer misaligns a two-page view; the right page keeps its place after the window is resized. (Windows)

• Wide single pages keep their side margins when a large font is used on a wide screen, instead of pressing the text against the window edge.

• The edges of a two-page spread respond. An empty half opens the menu on a centre tap and turns pages on an edge tap or swipe, and dragging back out of a paired image or colour spread moves both pages together with the hint at the outer edge.

• Long shelf lists no longer go blank. With many folders and hundreds of books, rows keep appearing all the way to the last book.

• Automatic two-page view no longer leaves a sliver of the next column: at some font sizes it falls back cleanly to a single page.

Notes

• These are opt-in. Filling the half-empty spread and sliding between chapters need High-performance preloading turned on, Slide between chapters turned on, and Page turn set to Slide; they apply to ordinary horizontal two-page reading. Leave them off and the reader behaves exactly as before. While the pages of a book are still being measured after opening or changing the font size, the fill starts a little later — more so in a very large book.
• Windows: install over your existing copy as usual; your library is kept.
• Android: download the new .apk and install it over your current version; your library and reading progress are kept.

• 批量选择可以整夹选中。 批量模式下点一下文件夹就选中夹内全部书；列表视图里的文件夹现在有真实的行，显示夹内第一本书的封面、作者和进度，并和书一起排序。

改进

• 书自带的字体能生效了。 阅读器默认字体不再盖掉书里声明的字体，只写在章内样式里的字体也不会再被丢掉。
• 图片和较宽的表格不越出页面。 大字号下标题图不再被截掉；较宽的纯文字表格会收窄并让长行换行，同时保留字号和列宽分配；书本身固定住的表格仍保持原样。
• 翻页区里的脚注和链接能点了。 落在边缘翻页区里的脚注或链接点一下就打开，不再只是翻页；那里的普通正文仍然翻页。
• Aa 面板的小细节。 字号显示成普通数字，不再带一长串小数；当前用不了的开关会变灰。

修复

• 最大化或还原窗口后，双页不再错位，窗口尺寸变化后右页回到正确位置。（仅 Windows）
• 宽屏单页会留出侧边距，大字号下正文不再贴着窗口边。
• 双页的边缘有反应了。 空着的那半页中间点按出菜单、边缘点按或滑动翻页；从拼好的图片或彩页双页往回拖时，两页一起移动，提示落在屏幕外沿。
• 书架很长时列表不再滚成空白，文件夹很多、书上百本时也能一直看到书行，滚到最后一本。

• 这些功能默认关闭。 补半页和章节间滑动需要同时打开"高性能预读"、"章节间连续滑动"，并把"翻页动画"设为"滑动"；只对普通横排双页阅读生效。不打开时阅读器行为和以前完全一样。开书或改字号后要等后台量完各章页数才开始补，大书会稍久一些。
• Windows：照常覆盖安装，书架会保留。
• Android：下载新的 .apk 覆盖安装当前版本即可，书架和阅读进度都会保留。
